PROJECT MANAGEMENT

1、Project Kick-off Stage Management And Cooperation Process

Steady will arrange Project Kick-Off Meeting to review project lead time, technical issues, business terms...etc when kick off this project. Any issues we find during the meeting will confirm with customer one by one to make sure we get the most accurate and comprehensive information when kick off this project.

2、Process/Design Stage management and Cooperation Process

Know customer standard very well before designing. When the strip layout and die design finish, Steady will invite customer to come for design review. If customer doesn't have time, Steady can fly to customer plant for design review. In this case, we can save a lot of time on design review to push our project forward as fast as we can.

3、Machining/Assembly Stage management and Cooperation Process

Allocate capacity properly before machining and assembly. Meanwhile, we have project engineer and tool engineer to follow up the progress for each project. Progress report will be sent at least one time each week. If the project is urgent, we can make progress report several times each week. If customer stay at Steady to follow up the progress, project engineer will cooperate with customer tightly to push the project and report the progress every day.

4、Tryout/Debug Stage management and Cooperation Process

When dies are on debug stage, Steady will organise all the technical guys to discuss die modification method to make right decision for Q-loop. Project engineer will make action plan to show customer how we implement the quality loop and when it can be finished. Meanwhile, project engineer and tool engineer will follow up die modification progress and report to customer accordingly.

5、Buyoff and Die Shipping Stage management and Cooperation Process

Project engineer will inform customer at least 10days advance before buyoff. Steady will make all the dies ready for buyoff before customer arrival. Project engineer, assembly supervisor and quality supervisor will accompany with customer all the time during buyoff. After buyoff, we will take pictures and make PPT for each buyoff issue we closed. Before shipping, Steady will send final CMM reports to get approval

6、Homeline Tryout Stage management and Cooperation Process

When dies arrive at customer plant, Steady homeline team will be customer side as well. Homeline team including project engineer and professional die makers to make sure issues from homeline tryout can be closed in short time.
